This article describes how to activate a subscription for the Versa FlexVNF CPE.
Versa licenses are based on subscription and the Versa Director manages and maintains their subscription.
Prerequisite
The device is already onboarded on Versa Director.
Configuration
- In the Versa Director, navigate to Administration > Appliances menu and from the list select the Branch for which the subscription needs to be activated.
2. Once the zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) is done, the subscription record is created automatically and can be viewed by navigating to Administration > Entitlement
3. Please Note:
a. The trial subscription period is for a maximum of 30 days.
b. The subscription starts when a service instance is activated using the Versa Director.
c. We need to activate the subscription manually.
d. The subscription is auto-activated after 30 days.
4. Navigate to Administration > Entitlement
5. Select the organization and click the highlighted option (Subscription Action) and window is popped up.
6. To activate the subscription, select the Activate option from the drop-down list for Subscription Action and Click on OK.
7. Once it is Activated, the state will be changed to Activated.
8. Go to below path to check the Summary of the subscription.
9. In the Versa Director, navigate to Administration->Entitlement Manager->Summary
Select the organization, Click on Summary.
