Problem:
I am unable to use the AV scanning feature on FTP.
Solution:
The AV Scanning on FTP protocol will not work if the FTP ALG is disabled.
Follow these steps to enable ALG for FTP protocol:
- Select a branch from the Versa Director context.
- Select Configuration > Others > Organization > ALG in the Appliance context.
- Enable the FTP ALG option to allow AV scanning on the FTP protocol.
AV Scanning on FTP Protocol will not work if FTP ALG is disabled.
