Issue: When clicked on Live Monitoring on Titan Dashboard ,if the customer is getting this error "Something went wrong while connecting Director

 

Please check the following :

 

With Same Credentials check if the Customer is able to Access the Director,

If the Customer is unable to login to Versa Director UI , then check the spring boot logs from Versa Director for the error logs

EX:

On Versa-Director, Check if the Expire User Password policy is enabled 

 

 

Solution: Password used on Titan Dashboard and Versa Director should always be in Sync

 

If the Customer has changed the password on Versa-Director or if the Password on Versa Director is expired then Kindly follow the below steps to sync the password

 

1. Go to titan login page

2. Click forgot password

3. Enter email address

4. User will receive reset password link

5. Click the link and set password
