• For the Issues related to Reseller Creation - versa_shop.log can be checked
  • For any Issues related to reseller Password change - versa_shop.log can be checked
  • For any issues related to Customer creation - Versa_shop.log can be be checked
  • For Issues related to Purchase - versa_shop.log can be checked
  • For Error Log in the UI of Titan Dashboard - check the service status of the dashboard and ngnix and if the Services are running
  • Troubleshooting Related to Device Deployment and Activation - check the Developer Tool Logs, if we have any issues while deploying the Appliance
  • In the Titan Node, check versa_api.log and  versa_device_facing_api.log for Device Activation and Deployment Related Issue
  • In Versa-Director, we can check the vnms-workflow.log and vnms.log 

 

 

Troubleshooting 

  • If the Status of the device is incorrect in Dashboard - check the Status of the Device in Versa-Director
  • If the Status is UP in Versa-Director - check the Status of AMQP and  van service in Titan Node

check the versa_logstash.log to check whether the logs are coming from AMQP server 

  • If the Logs are in versa_logstash.log ,but still if there is status is incorrect then Check versa_streamprocessor.log and the service status

 

 

Troubleshooting Configuration related Issue 

  • For any configuration related issue check versa_api.log and versa_device_facing_api.log
  • In Versa-Director - check vnms-ncs.log and vnms-netconf-notif.log
  • Troubleshooting related to Analytics - Analytics is not accessible, check the developer tool log

Logs to be checked in Titan Node

 

  • In case of activation failure, look for the failure logs under /var/log/versa_api.log and /var/log/versa_device_facing_api.log

 

  • In case of configuration failure: look for the failure logs under /var/log/versa_api.log and /var/log/versa_device_facing_api.log

 

  • In case of login failure: look for the failure logs under /var/log/versa_api.log, /var/log/versa_device_facing_api.log, /var/log/gluu_* , /var/log/versa_shop.*

 

  • In case of 500 while accessing the Titan Portal , please look at /var/log/versa_nginx.log
