This Article is about resolving illegal reference Error while making any changes from TITAN Devices.
If we are seeing below error while Publishing/Commiting any changes from TITAN dashboard. We need to follow the below steps for resolving DNS-Profile Error.
Error Logs:
'versa-tasks.error-message': 'illegal reference /ncs:devices/device{FamilyMart-194}/config/orgs/org-services{FamilyMart}/dns-proxy/proxy-profiles{Default-DNS-Profile}/resolver{WAN2}/snat-pool'}]}}
Workaround:
STEP-1: Login to Versa Director and go the path of the device.
Configuration>Device template>Object & Connectors>Objects>SNAT Pool
STEP-2: Add SNAT Pool for the same WAN interface (for whichever we are seeing error as in the error Logs it is showing WAN2).
Fill the below fields with the required details.
Name: Name of the interface for which we are adding SNAT Pool.
Routing Instance: Select the same Routing Instance for the same WAn Link.
Egress Network: Select the WAN Interface.
Then click on ok and add the Pool.
But, If same Issue still persists, then try STEP-3. If not then directly commit/publish the changes.
STEP-3: Go to the below path, and the profile Manually.
Configuration>Device template>Networking>DNS>Proxy Profiles>Default DNS Profile
then, try to commit/publish the changes.
