How to find SASE Unique and Active Users from Report : Versa Support

This Article explains the procedure to collect SASE users connected report with Versa SASE Gateways.

Will be generating report on below use case:

1. Average Concurrent Users connected to each Gateway of specific tenant.

2. Statistics of Concurrent users connected to each Gateway

3. Unique users connected to each Gateway of specific tenant.

Average Concurrent Users:

Follow below mentioned steps to collect 'Average Concurrent Users' report.

Select the correct Log cluster, if multiple Log clusters are listed

Select the ORG name, and select the duration based on your requirement.

Select 'Secure Access' in left side menu under Dashboards > Secure Access

Statistics of Concurrent Users:

Follow below steps to collect 'Statistics of Concurrent Users' report connected to each gateway of specified Tenant.

Select the correct Log cluster, if multiple Log clusters are listed

Select the ORG name, and select the duration based on your requirement.

Select 'Secure Access' in left side menu under Dashboards > Secure Access > Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Unique User report:

Follow below steps to collect 'Unique User Report' report connected to each gateway of specified Tenant.

Select the correct Log cluster, if multiple Log clusters are listed

Select 'Secure Access' under Service,

Report type as 'User Statistics',

Select Appliance based on requirement. In this sample, I have selected all Appliance.

Select Chart type base on requirement.

Continue with other options to generate report.

Metrics - Bandwidth

Finally click on 'Add' to generate report.

After clicking on 'Add' Report will be generated.

This report can also download to local drive as a CSV file.
