Error:



Steps to debug: 


1) Get the debug logs using these steps and check if all the Services required for Versa is running or not.

If one of the services is not working, please review the below steps:


i) How to restart, for example: "Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP)" -> Start > Run > services.msc > locate the mentioned service > Right-click > start or restart the service.

ii) For WCFWindowsService restart -> Start > Run > services.msc > net start WCFWindowsServiceSample


2) Also note that netsh when entered even without Admin privilage must take you yo the netsh path as shown below :



If not, please follow this KB: 


The solution is you need to uninstall (KB2693643),  use the command "wusa /uninstall /kb:2693643" on the Command Prompt (opened as Admin). It will pop up for a "Yes" to confirm. 

Once done connect the VPN and check.
