How to:
Reset password on multiple devices at one go.
* This method would eliminate the hassle of resetting passwords manually on every device and make it more efficient
* For demonstration we are resetting admin password
Step 1 > Create a General service template for respective ORG
Step 2 > In the service template, add admin user under Others > System > Template User Management > System Users
* For demonstration we are parameterizing the password value
Step 3 > Associate the service template with a Device Group
Step 4 > Add password value in Bind Data for respective device (If parameterized in service template) and Re-deploy the device workflow
Step 5 > Commit the service template to respective devices under selected ORG
Step 6 > For verification, login to the device with the new password that was updated in bind data
