CPU | Worker Thread hitting close to 100% due to SMB (445) based sessions

Issue Summary

The root cause is that numerous files are mounted over SMB, which can lead to high CPU utilization.

Affected-Proto bundle: Potentially seen on any proto bundle.

Impact

This can lead to worker cores hitting 100% which may hit performance issues.

Steps to mitigate

1) Please upgrade to the latest standard/premium spack 2251 [Refer to this Doc].

2) Please upgrade to Application Protocol bundle to 1.720.2-27. Please perform this proto-bundle upgrade during a maintenance window, as it triggers a service-restart. [Refer to this doc].
