Problem

Adding new interface configuration to an existing Controller gives error.

Solution

If you are adding an interface configuration to a new Controller while onboarding, the interface configuration gets automatically added to the Controller.

However, if you are adding an interface configuration to an existing Controller, the newly added interface will be added only to new ORGs which you are adding and not to the exiting Orgs which already was created. This will give you errors. You need to add the interface configurations to site configuration.

com.versa.vnms.cdbadaptor.common.exception.ProcessingFailureException: Failed to populate customer org data

Follow these steps to add interface to site configuration:

1. Login to Versa Director.
2. Go to Appliance Context > Configurations > Services > SDWAN > System > Site Config.
3. In the Site Config window, click.
4. In the Edit Site Config window, click Add.
5. In Add WAN Interfaces window, add the configuration details.
