Minimum bandwidth needed between director and analytics is 1 Mbps.

Latency of less than 150 ms between director HA is recommended. 

Latency of less than 150 ms between director and analytics will have better user experience when analytics is accessed from director GUI.

Latency of less than 250ms between director and VOS. When latency between Director and VOS is more than 500ms, image upload, config push and monitoring will be slow.
