To setup analytics node for the first time, cluster-installation script on the Versa director is used.

Although you have setup the clustersetup.conf with all the IPs carefully, the cluster installation may get interrupted on its way due to few exceptions. You can follow the steps to tshoot

1. When you execute the script and the script installation proceed but when it gets interrupted, you may goto the analytics node and start the services which were stopped during the cluster installation and reexecute the cluster install script from the director for the second time. 

Script is executed as below

Cluster installation breaks in the middle by the remote host

2. If the connection breaks again at the same place like the first attempt.

Then you would have to check,

cat /etc/hosts on all the nodes are properly updated with the listener address of all the nodes

If the cluster installation script fails again, then reverify the clustersetup.conf on the director and make sure the clsuter type is set as "aggregate" 

/opt/versa/vnms/scripts/van-cluster-config/van_cluster_instal/clustersetup.conf

After saving the above changes, then re-execute the cluster-installation script for one more time, it should overcome the issue and complete the cluster installation
