Versa got a few reports when customer after upgrade had issues with hardware ports on their SDWAN devices.
There are a couple of ways how it can be solved:
- Check if power cycle solves the issue
- Connect ports back to back (for example vni-0/4 to vni-0/5 and see if the link comes up OK)
- Stop the versa services and see if the link comes up OK with linux (after admin up). If the port comes up - open TAC case with Versa.
- Make sure you upgraded OSSPack to the latest version
- On some platforms you may also need to upgrade NVM firmware.
