Please follow below steps to create account in Versa Support Portal.
STEP:1 Go to support portal and click on New contact/New company.
support.versa-networks.com
New Company - If need to whitelist/onboard company domain.
STEP:2 - Fill the requested details and click on create.
Company Name- Company Name
Domain for this company- Url/website of the company.
New Contact - If need to onboard contact with company domain.
Fill the requested details and click on create.
Full Name- Name of user
Email- Email address of user
Company- Company domain
Clicking on the box allows user to view all the company tickets.
