The following article will guide you on how to resolve SystemError 1931 on Windows Host VSA Client
Check if all of the following mentioned services are running on the windows, most often error is thrown when one or both highlighted services are in stopped status.
Once you get the Error on the VSA Client, you can collect the Techsupport bundle on the SASE client & check the text file to see the status of the services.
The file would be named as Eg: "VersaSecureAccessClient_tech_support_26082024-170621.txt"
How to fix:
Try to run diagnostic on the VSA client > Setting > Troubleshoot > Diagnostic & retry VSA Client.
If the issue persists, then please launch 'Services' and try restart/start the module manually. Post that please try to re-connect the VSA client.
