How to block a set of files using File filtering option using file hash?

Steps to configure a custom file hash to be blocked, using FTP for example:

1) Create a file-filter profile using the below snippet as a reference:

Get the sha256sum or sha384sum of a file and add it to the Deny list as shown below.

2) Attach the User defined File Filtering profile to the interested security access policy:

Viewing the profile in Action:
